If there is a problem with your order, you can contact us using one of the following methods.
Orders placed with reps
- Contact the QA Specialist listed on your order confirmation form.
- Please provide a description of the products received and the expected products from the order.
- The QA Specialist will work with your sales rep to correct the order/shipment.
Orders placed online
- Click the "Returns" button shown on your online order confirmation or emailed receipt.
- Fill out the Return Form, providing a description of the products received and the expected product from the order.
- Indicate whether you'd like to initiate a return or a product replacement.
- Our QA/Sales teams will contact you to make appropriate arrangements for your order.
